Carnagrie Start > Slieau Whallian Greenway > Water Splash > Tynwald Hill

Past Tynwald mills over bridge to juction with Poortown Road > Greenway

Switchback > Lhergy Colvine Greenway > Staarvy Rd > Mannanan's Chair Greenway  

Cronk Y Voddey > Glen Helen > over bridge (slow) > up stony road (slow) > Eairy Beg Test 

Exit Eairy Beg > over bridge (slow)  > Ballacraine > Hawthorn

Through farm yard building site (slow) > Brenda's Greenway > close gates each group (unfenced fields) 

Lhoobs Greenway >  Glasshouses > Ren Shen Greenway (foxdale football club) > Ape Mann 

Arasey Test > Carnagrie > Van (fuel) next lap at start time.
