The SMCC 2009 Enduro calendar and numbers are now available here. The season starts Jan 11th with the traditional challenging Dalby Mountain event including checks in Cringle and Arrasey Plantations and the ever slippery Johnny Masson’s farm. The rest of the year is a revised version of previous seasons with some new land and new routes.

Nigel Beaumont has taken over the reins of the 2 Day Enduro and this year it is to be based in St.Johns and in the south of the island with day 2 running in reverse direction to day 1 which will no doubt prove to be testing to both rider and machine. Both days of the 2 Day event are eligible for championship points in the now 7 round championship however riders 5 highest scores will count.

For 2009 all local riders are required to aid the enduro sub committee members in setting up and clearing up of at least one event.
